According to SRS :

Once the case status is updated to the terms of the settlement,
respective recovery lead is transferred manually to the branch by a legal officer 
together with updating its recovery lead status to “Transferred to Branch” 
and response status to “Terms of settlement entered”. Once this 
response status is updated Credit Admin Manager, Head of recoveries 
and BM should be notified via an email (email should mention that the 
settlement is entered).
