Activities are assigned only for the Head of recoveries( Sithumi) and at some times, activities are not creating for t+91 and above tickets. Round Robin must check and will be Fixed By Thushara when we run the activity service for particular tickets it generated activities but no assignees and at some times only one person assign. accids = 4482674,4483456,7039921,5304327,6730199 DPD 91 no invitees assign ticketid = 515121,515122,515123 DPD 120 only Sithumi ( head of recoveries) |
Created attachment 6445 [details] issue User : supun Password : a Steps : 01. Navigate to auto activity schedule page and select a ticket as dpd is above 91. 02. Run the activity service. Actual result : The activity assign to the employee which the selected ticket own employee. Expected result : The activity should not assign to the same owner which the ticket own. It should be assign to the separate employee according to the requirement.
