Add missing filter options

1 - Log in to system using valid credentials.
2 - Navigate to ticket module.
3 - Click "Set Filters" button

  >> Contact Information section
    * Contact Name dropdown
    * Project name dropdown

>> Current result
  >> Contact Information section not displaying

>> Add "Contact Information" section to filters.
>> Add "Contact name" & "Project name" dropdowns under contact information.
