Lead/Ticket history issue

1 - Log in to system using valid credentials (admin-a).
2 - Navigate to "Lead/Ticket view" page
3 - Click on "Lead History" tab.

Expected results
  >> Lead history displaying according to lead changes.

Current result
  >> Newly created leads not displaying lead created history.

>> Needs to view lead created history under "Lead History" tab with Lead status
