Description Manoja Premarathne 2022-10-11 17:52:13 +0530 
steps:
1. go to third party management in settings panel
2. Load all the vendors and lick edit icon of an active vendor
3. Attach some attachments and click on update
4. Then click update icon again
5. Click on attached item and try to download it

Actual result:
500 page is loading

Expected result:
It need to be download the attachment
