Test Step >>>

01. log in to the system using valid credentials
02. select a user who entered the contact number in the nine number format (ex.767558308 / 715558308 )
03. click on "create ticket" icon

Actual result

* The contact number is a "nine number" format, it is not allowed to "SAVE CHANGES"

Expected result

*Since the chat bot can provide the "nine number" format, is should be possible  to provide it in the "create ticket" form as well
