Description: the message user gets after selecting the "bye" option is incorrect. instead of displaying "thank you" message, it responds with contact us message.

Repo steps: 
1. navigate to Affiniti Facebook page
2. click on message 
3. click on get started and start a conversation
4. click on one of Affiniti products
5. click on "bye" option

Expected result: when user clicks on "bye" option it should display a thank you message
Actual result: instead of displaying a thank you message, chatbot responds with contact us message
