Lead Creation error log

1 - Log in to system using valid credentials.
2 - Navigate to sales pipeline.
3 - Click "Create Lead" button.
4 - Fill all required fields & click "Save" button

>> Expected result
  >> Green pop-up message display with success message and lead ID

>> Current result
  >> Pop-up message not displaying and error appears on the log
  >> Error log file attached to the bug
