Description: when user types and enters an option, instead of selecting an option, chatbot doesn't respond with a reply.

Repo steps:
1. navigate to Affiniti Facebook page
2. click on message
3. click on "get started"
4. type and enter "what we offer" instead of selecting

Expected result: chatbot should respond with reply message
Actual result: chatbot doesn't respond with any message.
