invalid inputs

Description: when user sends invalid inputs, chatbot should respond with an error message. 

Repo steps:
1. navigate to Affiniti Facebook page
2. click on message
3. click on get started and start a conversation
4. enter an invalid input

Expected result: chatbot should respond with an error message
Actual result: chatbot doesn't display any message.
