Pre Conditions:

Contact base/s should be created


Steps to Recreate:

Login to the system with valid credentials
Navigate to the above URL
Click on View/Edit icon under Action column of a existing contact base
Close the modal
Click on 'Create New Contact Base' button


Expected Result:

'Create New Contact Base' should open without any data


Actual Result:

View/Edit modal is opening that opened before with data
