Repo steps: 1. navigate to Affiniti web chatbot 2. start a conversation 3. click on what we offer 4. click on one of Affiniti products 5. click on book a demo option 6. enter name 7. enter contact number 8. enter an invalid email 9. re-enter an invalid email again Expected result: when user re-enters an invalid email for the second time, chatbot should display an error message and exit the user Actual result: re-enter message goes on a infinite loop
