Created attachment 7406 [details] When user tries to create a ticket from Facebook created contact, it doesn't allow users to enter numeric characters as name Description: When user tries to create a ticket from Facebook created contact, it doesn't allow users to enter numeric characters as name Repo steps: 1. navigate to Affiniti Facebook page 2. click on message 3. click on get started and start a conversation 4. select "what we offer" option 5. select one of Affiniti products 6. book a demo by giving numeric characters as the name. (ex: 99x, 21st Century Fox) 7. navigate to Affiniti CRM 8. create a ticket for the same contact created with numeric characters Expected result: CRM should allow user to create the ticket Actual result: CRM doesn't allow user to create the ticket, gives an error message by saying numeric characters are not allowed as the name.
