Created attachment 7678 [details] UI with the issue Issue : Cannot update a ticket through ticket view. Steps : 1. Log in to the system. 2. Navigate ticket view of a certain ticket. 3. Click on 'edit' icon to update the ticket. Expected Result : User should be able to update the ticket successfully. Current Result : A page with loading sign is populating without giving user the data to update.
