in upload_file table,
UPLOAD_FILE_ID = 3
UPLOAD_FILE_NAME = TESTDATA/PAYMENTS/LSP

file format: LSP_25012022_001 (as today)

when adding respective payment file and running the payment verification sv,
service is stopped after,

LocalContainerEntityManagerFactoryBean - Initialized JPA EntityManagerFactory for persistence unit 'default' step and

service container isn't displayed. (under docker ps command)
