1.court cases should be loaded for selected facilities. 

2.Select option should be at the top.

Not fixed yet.. 

1.court cases should be loaded for selected facilities. 

2.Select option should be at the top.(both dropdowns)

Not fixed correctly. 

If user select 1 accid he gets all cases with that accid.

If the user select more accid he gets all cases that has selected accid. (should be all the cases that has the selected accids)
