Created attachment 7109 [details] When updating ticket, Status needs to change 1 - Log in to app using valid credentials. 2 - Navigate to Ticket view page. 3 - Click "Update Ticket" button. Expected Results - >> "Status" dropdown's default value needs to change as "SELECT". >> "Status" dropdown is a required field and when updating a ticket, Hide "OPEN" status from the dropdown. Current Results - >> Status dropdown default value remains as "OPEN". >> If the ticket updated many times, Ticket view page in website displaying ticket status as "OPEN" repeatedly .
