Tickets not displaying

1 - Log in to system using valid credentials.
2 - Navigate to "Tickets" module.
3 - Click "Search" button

>> Expected result
  >> Retrieve all available tickets in tickets table view

>> Current result
  >> Tickets are not retrieving to tickets table view
