When user inputs emojis, chatbot doesn't response with an invalid error message

Description: when user inputs emojis/images/files, chatbot should response with an invalid error message. 

Repo steps:
1. navigate to Affiniti Facebook page
2. click on messenger
3. start a conversation with the chatbot
4. enter a emoji/image/file

Expected result: chatbot should response with an error message
Actual result: chatbot doesn't response with an error message, it just ends the conversation there.
