Sub product should not be displayed if the product is not selected

Sub product should not be displayed if the product is not selected


Reproduce steps:
1)Log into the system 
2)Navigate to the Reports module
3)Select a report type
4)Select the sub product in filters

Expected result : To stop user from selecting a sub product if you have not selected a Product already

Actual result : Allows the user to select a sub product
