Set Filters modal

Pre-Conditions:
Contacts base/s should be created


Steps to Recreate:

Login to the system with valid credentials
Navigate to the above URL(CONTACT BASE SELECTION page)
Click on Set Filters button


Expected Result:

Modal components should load properly


Actual Result:

Modal components are not loading properly
