Multiple selections before saving

Pre-Conditions:
Contacts base/s should be created with multiple filter selections


Steps to Recreate:

Login to the system with valid credentials
Navigate to the above URL(CONTACT BASE SELECTION page)
Click on search icon next to search bar
Click on Edit/View icon under Action column


Expected Result:

Added multiple values, when creating/updating the base should show in the fields


Actual Result:

Added all multiple values, when creating/updating the base are not showing.
Only show a one value.
