Base Name showing as Description

Steps to Recreate:

Login to the system with valid credentials
Navigate to the above URL(CONTACT BASE SELECTION page)
Click on search icon next to search bar
Click on 'Create New Contact Base' button


Expected Result:

In the search result grid and Create New Contact Base modal, Description should be Base Name


Actual Result:

Base name is showing under Description title in the search result grid and Create New Contact Base modal
