Created file driven contact base without uploading a file

Steps to Recreate:

Login to the system with valid credentials
Navigate to the above URL(CONTACT BASE SELECTION page)
Click on 'Create New Contact Base' button
Select the File Driven option from Base Type
Fill the mandatory fields without uploading a file
Click on Save button


Expected Result:

Contact base should not be created without uploading a file


Actual Result:

Able to create a file driven contact base without uploading a file
